Utopia Holding, launched in March 2008, is a holding company that is currently invested in two businesses – Utopia Ltd., an entertainment hospitality company established in March 2008 and Voice of Art (VOA), a music company founded in January 2009. Utopia Holding is owned by Umesh Amarnani and Viva Entertainment.

Utopia Ltd., wholly owned by Utopia Holding, has franchise rights for hospitality brands, such as Café del Mar, which provides a 360 degree platform (franchise, live performances, merchandising, licensing and digital rights) for artists in the MENA region and Asia. Utopia also provides consultancy services for hospitality concepts.

Voice of Art is a joint venture between Utopia and JMR Production (www.jeanmarieriachi.com). VOA manages and develops artists, has a record label Oreole Records (www.oreole.com), a publishing business and studio facilities in Beirut.
